Smallwood Economic Development Corporation

SEDCOR's role is to help steer the town's economic development. It is responsible for
the over-all operation of the Smallwood Interpretation and Visitor Information Centre,
Joey's Lookout, the Village Green, Walsh House, Loggers Memorial Park, David
Smallwood Park, the Smallwood Trail System, and the Mi'kmaq Cemetery. Through
its Heritage Committee, SEDCOR aims to preserve the area's natural and cultural
environment.
